The Community Engagement Project on the Responsible Use of Credit invites all the public to a free seminar aimed at educating consumers on the responsible use of credit.

 

An impressive panel from the National Credit Regulator will discuss topics that include:

 

•The regulatory framework applicable to the consumer-credit industry;

•Aspects of consumer-credit information;

•Selected case law relating to the credit industry;

•Aspects relating to debt counselling; and

•The latest statistics relating to the credit industry.
